Payments your way.
Take payment however you already do: bank transfer, check, cash, Venmo, Stripe. ShopTicket records the payment and updates the customer. Money flow stays between you and them.
No commission, no marketplace.
ShopTicket doesn't take a percentage of your sales and doesn't sit between you and your customer.

Everything in the product, no usage caps. The deal: you get the tool free while it's still being shaped, and in return you tell me what's missing or broken (there's a "Send feedback" button in the sidebar, use it).

What you actually pay today
ShopTicket itself is $0 during early access. We don't take a cut of your sales, ever. If you use Stripe, you pay Stripe's standard processing fee (current rates at stripe.com/pricing) directly to them, not to us. If you use bank transfer, check, or anything else, there's no third party at all.
Future paid plans will be a flat monthly fee per shop, not a percentage of payment volume.
Already have a payment pipeline? Use it.
You don't have to use Stripe through ShopTicket. If you take checks, ACH, PayPal, Square, Venmo, or wire transfers, keep doing that. Send the customer your invoice the way you always have, then record the payment as received in ShopTicket. The tracker shows the customer their balance, what they've paid, and when, whether the money moved through Stripe or not.
Stripe Connect is just the in-product option for makers who want a card-payment link customers can click from the tracker. It's optional.
