Terms of Service

The short version

ShopTicket is a tool for managing commission orders. You use it to track work, communicate with customers, and collect payments. We provide the platform; you own your business relationships and your data.

Accounts

You need an account to use ShopTicket as a maker. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or business per account — accounts cannot be shared (use the team member feature to add staff).

Payments

ShopTicket facilitates payments between makers and their customers through Stripe. ShopTicket is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer. Payment disputes are between you, your customer, and Stripe. A platform fee may apply to transactions processed through ShopTicket.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, documents, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant ShopTicket a license to store and display it as part of the service (e.g., showing photos on a customer tracker page). We will not use your content for other purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use ShopTicket for illegal activity, to harass anyone, or to send spam through the messaging or notification systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ShopTicket is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost revenue due to service outages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShopTicket after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
