What we collect

ShopTicket collects the minimum information needed to operate the service: your name, email address, and shop details when you sign up as a maker. When customers submit intake forms, we collect the information they provide (name, email, phone if given, and project details). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate ShopTicket: managing orders, sending notifications (stage updates, payment confirmations, messages), and displaying order information on tracker pages. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate ShopTicket:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Fly.io — API hosting

Data retention

Order data and associated files (photos, documents) are retained for the lifetime of the maker account. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed. Customer data is retained as part of the order record.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion by contacting us. Makers can delete individual orders from their dashboard. Customers can contact the maker directly to request data removal.
