ShopTicket exists because the people who do the actual work (woodworkers, boat builders, fabricators, restoration shops) shouldn't be spending time responding to endless emails or texts. They should be perfecting their craft.
Most shops cobble together spreadsheets, invoicing tools, shared photo albums, and long threads of email per customer. Each piece is fine; together they're a tax on the actual work. ShopTicket replaces them with one tracker per order. No account required for the customer.
